Beefaroni

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
3 cups water
2 (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 (14 oz) diced tomatoes
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups macaroni
Directions:
Cook the ground beef, onions and garlic in a big pot on the stove. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well then simmer on low for 20 minutes. Add 3 cups UNCOOKED macaroni, stir. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
