Lasagna Casserole

12 oz bag egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
24 oz cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. shredded mozzarella (I usually add a little more)

Brown beef; drain. Cook noodles, drain. Mix noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, and beef. In a 9x13 inch pan spread a layer of spaghetti sauce. Spread a layer of beef/noodle mixture. Alternate until all ingredients are used ending with sauce. Top w/ cheese. Cover w/ foil and bake at 350 until heated through. If short on time I just mix it all on the stove and heat through.
