Gen. 7:7
And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
The Bible does not tell us anything about Noah's wife. There are some assumptions that I believe can be safely made. We as women can be quite stubborn. I can't believe that she went in the ark unwillingly. She and her son's and her son's wives, I believe, were all supportive of Noah. Noah's wife must have been a good woman to raise son's that went right along with what God told Noah to do. They probably did not hear the "revelation" from God about the rain. They trusted their father. Had Noah's wife badmouthed Noah to her children they may not have trusted him. We need to be supportive of our husbands and very careful about what our children hear about their father.
