This is a triple recipe. I make it and divide it in thirds and freeze two of them for another meal.
It is also good to make if you have a lot of people to feed. It is super simple if you are in a pinch.
3 lbs. ground beef
1-2 onions
6 cans cream of mushroom soup (I use cream of chicken instead)
3 cups milk
3 cups sour cream (I use 1-2 cups)
egg noodles
Brown ground beef and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients, simer 10 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
